Navini Networks Nets $50 Million Sixth Round

RICHARDSON, TX -- Navini Networks have closed its series F venture capital round, receiving $50 million in new investment.

Navini is a pure mobile WiMAX network element provider to mobile telecom companies.  The company claims its products are sold to 70 customers on 6 continents.

Investors in the round were led by Arcapita Ventures and Austin Ventures, and included Granite Ventures, Investor Growth Capital, Lehman Brothers Venture Partners, Sternhill Partners, Intel Capital, Motorola Ventures and Scottwood Capital.
